The Master of the North Wind sits here, folding paper into a bird shape.

The Master of the North Wind keeps his head cleanly shaved.  His muscles
look taut and powerful.  He explains to his disciples, "Those who speak
convincingly of peace must not be weak.  So we make every finger a dagger,
every arm a spear, and every open hand an ax".
     A disciple asks, "Master, what is the best way to deal with force?"
     "As we prize peace and quiet above victory, the first battle strategy to try is always simple ...  Run away."  
     "But is that not giving up?"
     The master corrects him, saying "Between giving up and making bombs must lie many paths."
