a zombie cow

A zombie cow is chewing its long-dead cud here.

A large cow with a chunk of flesh ripped from it stands here.  Its bones are exposed and look almost yellow with age.  The cow's mouth seems to be making some sort of chewing motion although it is easy to tell through the holes in the jaw that it isn't chewing on anything.
