A young girl covered in rotting flesh is playing here.
With her sun dress still mostly intact the girl looks in pretty good shape from a distance. Closer examination reveals the decaying features. One of her pig tails has fallen off her head leaving her partly bald. The skin is a wrinkled gray, part of it has fallen off due to rotting.
