There is an old woman with skin like a shoe, so wrinkled, gray and falling off too.  Her hair is missing as well as her teeth.  The flesh on her hands has long ago fallen off, revealing the bones of her fingers.  In general, this is one ugly, old lady who has grown even more hideous after death.
