The undead noble paces the floor.

The nobleman doesn't seem to realize that he is dead, or that his tongue has fallen out.  He keeps moving his mouth as if he was talking.  He moves his arms in sweeping gestures, and every time he moves them it seems like they are just about to fall off.  It is probably a good thing he is dead because if he were talking, he would have bored his audience to death.
