The Chancellor is a short and stocky kind of guy.  It is hard to tell if he was always this ugly, wrinkled, and pudgy or if death just affected him extremely negatively.  His undead flesh jiggles when he moves, and pieces of rotting fat fall off from time to time.  The sight is basically nauseating.
