A huge sturgeon swims lazily through the marsh.

Over 3 meters in length, this huge fish is the ruler of the deep waters of the marsh.  It swims along the channels, eating anything in its path, and looking for more.  Although existing in ancient times, this fish is wonderfully adaptive, and has been able to survive in the delta quite successfully.  Young ones are rarely seen as they hide from all predators, including their parents.
