Igor, the mad butler

Igor, the mad butler runs around performing insane errands.

A short human with a massively crooked back and twisted grin wanders about muttering phrases such as, "Where did I place that brain," and, "Must not miss appointment at graveyard.  " He comes up to you, bends his head up at you and says, "Nice brain, will work nicely," and throws back his head and cackles insanely.
