Grishnar is a half-ogre, outcast from polite society but not defeated. Instead of turning to despair or crime, she found a society of outcasts to call home and began working in this Tavern.  When the original owner died, Grishnar inherited the tavern and has been running it ever since.  She is a kind, portly woman who runs the tavern with a stern but forgiving hand.
