The Miller wanders around his fields, keeping an eye on his busy workers.

The Miller is very impatient and expects 105% from his workers.  Some people believe that this young halfling is too strict with his staff and that production would be increased if he relaxed a bit.  However he believes that efficiency and hard work is the key.  Any halfling caught slacking off is fired on the spot.
