This is the Weapon Master of Harfoot Delve.  He took over from the Battle Master when he passed away from old age.  The Weapon Master is the most powerful warrior in this Halfling town.  He is respected and feared by everyone.  His dark leather fighting suit, embellished by the great emerald fox, accentuates his rippling muscles.
