The tough-looking sailor has seen many a day at sea, as evidenced by the leathery look of his skin and the slight swagger when he walks.  He has come to the Howler Jungle for a little R and R.  He's not sure how he got that tattoo of a MegaTokyo biker chick on his arm.  But the smell of whiskey on his breath may be part of the answer.
