The Turquoise Howler Monkey is a man-sized primate with a large frog-like throat pouch to amplify his voice.  He has light blue hair and a prehensile tail that is wrapped around a lit cigar.  He says, "Do you stare at me because you are waiting for something?  You need no clue from me.  My realm is small and my puzzle not hard to decipher".
