An ettin sits by the campfire, his two heads bickering about something.

The giant is twelve feet tall, well-muscled, and dressed in a moth eaten gorilla pelt.  His greasy black hair is pushed back and flattened against the skull, and the upturned noses give the ettin an orc-like appearance.  It would be hard to decide which of his two heads is ugliest.
