A gypsy black marketeer is on the hunt for tiger skins.

This dark and foreboding lord is brightly clad in the loose-fitting clothes of a gypsy warrior.  He would kill you as soon as deal with you.  Not surprisingly, he is after skins for the famous tigerskin cloaks sold by his brethren in the northern lands.  If it can be imagined, he seems twice as graceful and powerful as his quarry.  This is not a man to cross.
