Arandell is a human in his fifties, with blood red robes and a rather crazed look in his eyes. Until your intrusion, he was examining the raw mana, trying to find more that are ready to harvest. Sometimes he has one on him, sometimes not, depending on the times. Seeing you, the wizard snarls and raises his staff defensively, not waiting (or caring) for the reason of your interruption.
