A giant leaf-cutter ant marches busily past you.

The leaf-cutter is a six foot long red ant.  It uses its sharp, curving mandibles to hold a slice from a large leaf vertically above its head.  It seems single-minded and completely oblivious to your presence as it feels its way along the ground with a pair of wiry antennae.
