A woman who is probably in charge of a street repair team seems frustrated and angry.

Dressed in blue bib overalls that are a bit too tight, the foreperson seems very much in charge of her surroundings.  Too bad she is the only one who believes that.  Besides repairing roads, she also moonlights by fixing armor and weapons to earn extra cash.  Ask her nicely to "fix name" and she might do it for you.
