a drunken lout

Definitely soused, the drunken lout reeks too!

Unshaven, unwashed and probably forgets to remove his pants for relieving himself, this poor guy REALLY stinks bad.  The greenish-gray spittle and chunks clinging to his flannel shirt reminds one of blue cheese.
