a street urchin

An unwashed child in tattered clothing wanders about.

Scantly four foot tall, this little waif seems sadly in need of food and a good bath.  Either that or maybe it will become another thief in the streets, The big blue eyes glance up in a mournful way and the lashes flutter as the child averts his eyes in shyness.
