Kevorkian the master chef

A cook with a crazed look glares around the room, daring anyone to complain.

Tall and gaunt looking, the white of the apron and tall mushroom shaped cap have long since been stained into rags an urchin wouldn't wear.  Poor master chef Kevorkian has plucked one too many chicken and skewered his last pork roast in the realms of sanity.  Now he just drools, glaring red-eyed at the patrons daring them to complain while his underling does all the cooking.
