A will-o-wisp floats among the ruin.

A glowing wavering ball of gaseous light, the wisp hovers over the ruin of the fen, basking in the spirits of the dead and lost.  The wisp tempts watchers slowly closer and closer, as dancing, flickering scenes winnow across the wisp's soft form.
