Phrimly stands behind a little counter and sells coffee to almost everyone. He refuses to sell to Necromancers since "one of 'em Necromancer-types brought me back from a darn good sleep!  " He'd probably like to get back at the Necromancer who in addition to ruining his sleep, robbed his grave.
