Smitty

Smitty, the town blacksmith is hard at work pounding steel.

Smitty the blacksmith is covered in soot, his face a smudge of obsidian, from the incredibly hot fires used to forge the steel that goes into the making and repairing of the wagons.  He is a brawny individual, his arms much larger than most men due to the countless hours of pounding and molding the steel.  The settlement folks cheerfully resound him to be the champion arm-wrestler of the area, undefeated against the most stalwart opponent and to the disgruntlement of the local loggers.  He wears a pair of old leather leggings with a black and dingy leather vest.
