a baby wraith

A small humanoid shaped cloud hovers here.

This horrific looking little abomination appears as a miniature human-shaped black cloud seemingly formed from mist.  The cloud seems to break apart and reform in a continuous undulation.  The baby wraith seems disturbed as faint hissing can be heard emitting from it and there is a chill in the air surrounding it.
