the rivermaster

The rivermaster stands here looking at all the logs.

This handsome looking man is a river master around these parts.  His eyes are a deep sky blue, which is offset by his golden bronze coloring and honey hair acquired from all the time he has spent out on the decks of the vessels he crews.  He wears a pair of crisp denim trousers with a shirt of similar color, as he stands watching over the loading of logs onto the boats making sure that the dockworkers use every inch of available space.
