A thin person is here, eyeing your money.

This thin little man resembles a weasel in looks.  He's dressed in a dark green suit with a black hood pulled back on his head, exposing curly black locks of hair.  The eyes are small and suspicious looking and they flit nervously about the room.  His mouth slants cruelly downwards at the corners, pulling his face into a permanent frozen mask.  It's doubtful this fellow ever laughs.
