a weary woman

A weary woman is resting on a cot here.

This woman has the permanent downcast to her face that most of the people in this settlement have.  A face that tells of hardships and bitter anguish, which is most likely why she is a resident of this place.  She is human and very ordinary looking.  A frumpy dress hangs from her neck to the floor and a mane of gnatty black hair drops to the middle of her back.  Her big brown eyes stare vacantly out of eyesockets ringed with dark circles.
