A chubby dog is here, looking for scraps of food.

This chubby dog is one of the many strays that scavenge the settlement for food or whatever else they can find.  He's knee high and has a short, stubby tail, and is called a barrel dog because he looks like one.  His body is thick and round, resembling a wine barrel.  There's nothing especially fierce about him.
