An old lioness guards the old shrine with vigilance.

The old lioness shifts with all her arthritis and gout as she watches over the god's shrine.  The responsibility of watching over this old carved out cave has been handed down from one generation to the next, and her time is almost up.  She is still strong enough to rip an unworthy worshiper to threads however.
