A questionable outline of a strange stone lies on the bottom, or is that a fish?

Blotches of brown and rust and gray and cream lie in too convenient a shape against the coral and sand bottom to be a natural rock.  There's a slight movement like a flutter behind and below those two red dots on top!  That was breathing by something with gills and as your eyes become accustomed, you can make out spines on top, fins on the side and tail and especially the large mouth below the little wiggling worm just above it.
