An elderly man walks around peering into shops, pausing often.

Obviously in no rush to get anywhere, this man seems intent on finding something but not exactly sure what.  Clad in plain clothes and somewhat portly as the elders seem to get, he whistles nonchalantly as he inspects wares for sale.
