A crazy looking old man is here, resting on his couch.

This man really is a kook.  His long gray hair looks like a tree with its branches reaching out toward the sky in every direction.  His extremely thick glasses and his plaque infested teeth complete the most extraordinary face ever seen in the entire realm.  The rest of his body matches his awful looking face.
