A young boy has fallen asleep here, when he should be tending his goats.

Curled up near the center of the platform, a young halfling boy lies sleeping soundly.  Given the cut of his simple clothing, and the musty smell that surrounds him, you surmise that this youngster must be a goatherd.  It's pretty irresponsible of him to be up here napping while he should be tending to the flock.
