The leader of this colony of underground goblins rests here on a massive stone throne. His exquisite silk clothing and small crown set him apart from all the other goblins who run around in rags. He consults with various goblins from time to time in casual tones, seemingly at ease with the situation. Armed guards around him keep an alert vigil, or at least look like they do.
