A goblin female, fattened with child, carries her stomach around.

It looks like this goblin just got finished eating a good sized halfling. Her belly juts out a good bit while she hobbles around and pretends to be exhausted.  She wears a dress of rough cotton that hangs over her swollen breasts and stomach, to just past her crotch.  Any day now a little monster will let go and plop on the floor in a pool of slime.
