the goblin fire-shaman

A goblin shaman is here casting flame magic on the trees.

A short goblin draped in robes of earthen red stands here.  He is old and adorned in blackened metal bracelets, necklaces and earrings, which seem to have been abused in fire.  Fire sprouts from his hands at whim, and he is directing it at the green trunks of healthy trees, horribly disfiguring them and stunting their growth.
