A water weird transforms into serpentine form and prepares to attack.

What appeared to be water is in fact an elemental, a water weird.  The water weird transforms itself into a clear fluid serpent as it detects the presence of life in the room.  It slither swims forward, the light in the room reflecting at odd angles off its translucent body.  Its toothy mouth opens and a clear forked tongue emerges sniffing the air, looking for prey.
