the Arval Parrot

The Arval Parrot twiddles his thumbs at the base of a huge tree.

The Arval parrot is a gnome that lives at the base of trees.  He is almost always found in the vicinity of his brother, the owling byrrd.  The harmless looking creature is actually quite livid when it comes to the defense of birds.  Its large pumpkin like head with long pointy ears is quite odd looking upon its skinny, bony, green leathery body.  His eyebrows circle his eyes entirely and grow to two long pointed ends towards his ears.  It is said that his elbow is quite unique but he insists "two two".  Perhaps his elbows are two of a kind.
