the Owling Byrrd

The Owling Byrrd sits perched on the edge of a large nest.

The brother of the famed Arval Parrot sits perched on the edge of his nest. The odd faerie is quite old and a bit delusional.  It apparently doesn't even remember its name, for if you call him, he answers only "who who".  Gangly arms and legs attach to a thin-skinned body with ribs protruding, forcing the skin to outline their presence.  A pair of eyebrows completely circles a set of sparkling green eyes.  Two antenna-like projections of eyebrow hair wave in the light breeze.  Known throughout the forest for his wisdom, he may just be too old to serve a purposeful existence anymore.
