A man is standing here waiting for something to happen.

The man does not look well, the conditions in this place have slowly ruined his health.  From the expression on his face he looks as if he is suffering from some kind of sickness.  Touching him might not be a good idea.  All the clothing he has are a couple slightly torn rags that barely provide anything that could be considered cover.
