The cave pest is an insect humanoid that looks vaguely mosquito-like. It has a needle-sharp proboscis that it brandishes like a rapier. It walks on 2 legs, allowing its other 4 to wave about pointlessly. It does not seem too bright, but its distended belly suggests it is a successful hunter!
