the lion of two lives

The stone "lion of two lives" is utterly enraged. Who will draw first blood?

The huge lion statue has been carved from dense marble. The beast is enraged. But it waits for you to make the first move. The statue is hollow, its core sometimes used to hide a valuable treasure that can only be found after the statue is smashed open, if that is even possible.
