A large bat flies around amongst the smaller bats.

This bat, typically known as a flying fox, is very large with a wingspan of three feet.  This bat is an insectivore, but also makes meals of any fruit it can find, a rareity in the UnderDark.  Unfortunately for these gentle creatures they are often mistaken for deep bats, their dangerous cousins, and slaughtered.  Some races, most notably gobilinkind, hunt them and add them to their tables.
