the juvenile deep dragon

A juvenile deep dragon makes the center of this cavern its lair.

Deep dragons are a very large species of dragon, and even though this one is clearly juvenile it is already a massive thing.  To make matters worse, like most dragons they are highly intelligent and are self sufficient from the day they hatch.  Its spiney ridges shiver slightly with its breathing, and moisture glistens over the many horns that adorn its head.
