An elderly lady instructs the girls that stand around her.

The elderly lady holds onto an oak branch and pulls off what seems to be a golden thread from in between its leaves.  She hands the delicate growth to the outstretched hand of the young woman that stands eagerly before her. Tugging at underneath the lush growth at the end of the branch, she extracts a big bunch of thick succulent leaves, quite different from the oak leaves from the branch.
