A very sizeable earthworm has made its lair here.

This worm is obviously the one who excavated these tunnels, but has become old, lazy and fat feeding off the escaping slaves that cross his path. Despite the lack of visible eyes, arms or legs, the bloodied mouth and humanoid bones between his teeth indicate that this creature would be a very dangerous foe.
