A female slave is lying on the ground here.

The human female lies face first on the ground, her torn and chewed dress making it apparent that some of the, assumedly male, Tri-Kreen have been paying special attention to her.  Her arms, legs and chest are scratched and bleeding where their mandible have obviously been clenching tightly to her frail form.
