A bradle creeps silently through the caverns.

This thing is a hideous parody of a spider.  Nearly as tall as a man, the bradle scuttles around on twelve bony legs.  Its cluster of multi-faceted black eyes appear to glow in the darkness, while several rows of razor-sharp spikes protrude from the back of its black body.
