a cave troll

A diseased cave troll wanders about aimlessly looking for escape from his torment.

Poor thing has been trapped down here for so long, his skin is as pale as snow.  Bulging muscles cover his arms and legs, but his suffering has taken the fight out of him.  Open sores oozing with puss cover his face, hands, and feet.  The hair on his chest is matted with mud and slime.  His head is bobbing on his thick neck, perhaps from the restlessness created by his disease.  A pair of over-sized incisors escape his mouth, draping over his bottom lip.  An enormous nose sprawls his face, making his eyes look much smaller than the darkness has made them.
